SMS Terms
What you may receive
Conversations: replies to your questions and messages about properties, showings, appointments, and your transaction, when you've asked us to contact you or texted us first.
Property & market updates (marketing): new listings, price changes, open houses, and market updates. Sent only if you check the optional box agreeing to receive them.
Agent Roleplay Network: sign-in and phone verification codes, a reminder text about 5 minutes before each practice call (reply SKIP if you can't make it, or 10, 15 or 30 to push the call back that many minutes), and notices when a session is booked, changed, or cancelled.
How you opt in
Agent Roleplay Network: by joining. The Agent Roleplay Network is a free practice service run by phone call and text, so getting its practice-session calls and texts is part of signing up. The sign-up form states this, with the message frequency, rates, STOP and HELP, right next to the "Sign me up" button, and before the form can be sent you confirm your cell number by entering a one-time code we text to it. Members who joined without agreeing to texts can turn them on from their profile (Settings > Session texts) by confirming their cell the same way. Right after you opt in we send one welcome text with our contact card, so you can save the number. Members can turn texts off any time from their profile, or reply STOP.
Property & market updates: by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default box next to the phone field on one of our web forms (example below).
By texting us first or asking us to text you, for conversations about your request.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Joining the Agent Roleplay Network is free and voluntary.

Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts from that number. Reply START to resubscribe.

What the opt-in looks like
Example: the Agent Roleplay Network sign-up form. The cell phone field has a "Confirm my cell" button that texts a one-time code; "Sign me up" stays off until the code is entered, and this text sits right next to it:

Phone calls
If you give us your number and ask us to contact you, we may call you about your request. Agent Roleplay Network members agree to calls for their scheduled practice sessions, including automated calls and calls with an AI practice partner; practice calls are recorded for coaching notes, and you're told at the start of each call.
Agent Roleplay Network
Participation is free and voluntary; members can pause or leave any time. Treat practice partners professionally and don't share another agent's information or recordings. Coaching notes are AI-generated suggestions, not professional or legal advice. The service is provided as is.
